Meet The Team
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Rande’s love for politics began as an undergraduate at San Diego State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree, majoring in political science. She subsequently received her master’s degree in education from Antioch University, New England. She has worked for 30+ years in media buying, the bulk of it in political advertising, including independent expenditures, ballot initiatives/propositions, and gubernatorial, senatorial, and presidential campaigns.
Along the way, she also had stops at various entertainment studios, working on the release of feature films. During her three-decade tenure, she has developed strong relationships with TV and radio stations, both locally and nationally. In her personal life, she is the proud founder of Karma Rescue, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dog rescue organization based in Santa Monica. At home with her husband, Greg, she lives with their ten cats and six dogs (and a host of foster pets!), who cycle through their 10-acre property in Sioux City, Iowa.

As a seasoned professional passionate about conservative values and causes, Mike brings over a decade of experience in the marketing and fundraising sphere for political, religious, and nonprofit organizations. Since 2007, Mike has dedicated his career to advancing causes that align with his guiding principles. Mike has played a pivotal role in advancing the missions and raising millions of dollars for conservative causes and has brought that track record of success to Patriot, joining the team in 2023. His strategic approach to marketing and fundraising has contributed to the growth and impact of organizations dedicated to upholding traditional American values.
In his spare time, Mike is a competitive shooter and coach of a National Championship winning high school clay shooting team in Ohio, where he lives with his wife and three daughters.
